GD-Transmitter S, equipped with a electrochemical cell, is suited for application in hazardous areas of Zone 2.
The device‘s got a standard 4-20 mA signal output as well as a RS-485 bus interface which brings a lot of advantages along in combination with control units because it  allows a favourably priced ring bus installation.
Moreover the transmitter offers the possibility of an automatic single-man-calibration as well as further comfortable functions for configuration and monitoring of the sensor functionality.
This series is especially suitable in case of renovation of existing systems where wiring expenditure should be avoided or coupling to conventional process management systems is required.
